Terms for using Forget Golf.

License

While Standing LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Forget Golf for personal, non-commercial use.

Permitted use

Install and use the app on devices you own or control.
Store your own golf notes, strategies, and highlights.
Sync your data through your own iCloud account, if enabled.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer or redistribute the app.
You may not use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
You may not remove branding or ownership notices from the app.

User content

You retain rights to the notes you create in the app. While Standing LLC does not claim ownership over your golf entries.

No warranty

The app is provided as-is and without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will improve golf performance in any specific way.
